BDP Webinar: CBP's Broker Verification Program

CBP proposes to amend the CBP regulations to standardize the process by which customs brokers verify the identity of their clients, specifically importers and nonresident importers. These proposed regulations illuminate, for the international trade community and the public in general, the important role customs brokers have in verifying prospective clients and in ensuring the quality and integrity of the information they keep.
