DREAM in Action

PSA BDP is committed to advancing diversity, inclusion and equity within the organization through two key strategic alliances - the DREAM Steering Committee and the DREAM Council. The DREAM Council is a diversity accelerator consisting of a group of employees, backed and supported by the Steering Committee which consists of key executives and stakeholders within PSA BDP.

The DREAM Council meets once a month to discuss and push forward work that fosters real change through a bold strategic roadmap concentrating on: 

  • Driving equity by increasing representation and establishing unbiased succession planning and recruiting practices within the organization. 

  • Educating our employees and stakeholders through workshops and training to celebrate our unique differences, and embrace our commonalities.

  • Developing KPIs and a balanced scorecard to hold ourselves accountable for progress. 

  • Fostering and promoting an inclusive culture, leadership, and work environment.
