Before you access psabdp.com, bdpinternational.com or bridgenetsolutions.com ("our websites"), you are agreeing to be bound by the conditions contained in these terms of use. You further agree that the judicial system of the United States of America shall have jurisdiction in respect to any dispute arising from these terms. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of our websites following the posting of these changes to the terms will mean you accept those changes and further access will be governed accordingly.

BDP operates on an international scale. Therefore, personal information offered by visitor’s may be transferred or accessed by BDP or other entities working with BDP around the world. BDP shall comply with all applicable laws when transferring and collected personal information across national borders to ensure that all personal information is protected.  

Privacy Policy

BDP International Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates ("BDP") take care to respect the privacy of its online visitors. Information that can identify an online visitor is collected only when voluntarily offered by the visitor. Our websites do collect non-personal information from online visitors in order to track the number of visitors to the sites and identify internet information. This information allows us to continually improve our sites. Information that can identify a visitor, such as name or address, is not collected in the process, nor does BDP require disclosure of such information before allowing the user access to any portion of the site. Non-personal information, such as the number of unique visitors to our websites, is being collected by Google Analytics. Information Collected

Unless voluntarily provided by the visitor, our website will not collect the following information from visitors:

  • Addresses (both physical address and email addresses) 

  • Telephone numbers, fax numbers and other contact information 

  • Social media handles, usernames, pictures and other information related to social media websites 

  • Financial information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, billing information and payment information 

  • Professional information such as career history, education history, employment status, etc. 

Information Processed

BDP processes personal information voluntarily provided by visitors for the following purposes: 

  • To prepare for any agreements, contracts, instruments, or documents that may be entered into between BDP and the visitor 

  • To contact the visitor related to marketing, providing services or billing 

  • To evaluate potential applicants for open positions 

  • To provide curated information to specific visitors  

BDP implements commercially reasonable and legally compliant practices, safeguards and policies to ensure that all personal information collected on visitors is sufficiently secure and kept confidential. BDP requires any third-party it works with to maintain data protection and confidentiality policies in-line with our own.  

BDP and any third-party BDP shares personal information with, shall take all reasonably practicable steps and measures to ensure that personal information is stored in compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including, but not limited to, the European Union’s data protection laws.  

Right to Deletion

Personal information of visitors shall be deleted in accordance with BDP’s data retention policies. If a visitor requires their personal information to be deleted outside of the data retention policies of BDP, visitors shall email privacyrequests@psabdp.com clearly stating what personal information the visitor is requesting BDP to delete. 

Right to Correction 

Visitor’s have the right to request BDP correct any personal information collected by BDP. Such requests for correction shall be emailed to privacyrequests@psabdp.com, clearly stating the personal information that needs to be corrected and the corrected version of the personal information.  

Right to Copies of Personal Information 

Visitor’s have the right to request BDP share any and all personal information collected on the specific visitor. Such requests shall be emailed to privacyrequests@psabdp.com.

General Cookie Information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDP shall not be liable to any person or organization, in any manner whatsoever from the use, construction or interpretation of, or the reliance upon, all or any of the information or materials contained in our websites or inability to access our sites.

Hyperlinks

Our websites may contain links to other sites owned by third parties as a convenience to users. BDP has no control over and is not responsible for the content found on external sites that do not belong to BDP.

Social Media

BDP has social media accounts on various social media platforms. BDP will not collect personal information about a visitor when such visitor interacts with BDP on social media sites. 

Visitor Rights

BDP shall not take any discriminatory action against any visitor that requests to exercise their rights under this Privacy Policy.
