Neil also holds responsibility for PSA BDP's 4PL business unit - Bridgenet Solutions. Neil has master’s degrees in business administration, business law and supply chain management as well as writing extensively on supply-chain, global trade, and digitization topics. As a supply-chain expert, Neil has worked extensively across the retail, fashion, electronics, industrial manufacturing, and chemicals industries in operations, strategy, transformation, and digitization roles focused on execution, growth, and transformation. Neil is a proud husband based in the UK where he embraces his hobbies as a private pilot and Formula 1 enthusiast.

Noah Cepela brings extensive background and experience to the role of President of BridgeNet Solutions. Noah joined the team in 2007, and he played a critical role in developing and implementing data and business processes that are currently in place today and was vital in transitioning the organization’s overall commercial strategy. Throughout his 13-year tenure with the company, Noah has held several leadership positions including Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Business Development. He is a graduate of The University of Illinois (Chicago) with a specialty in data science and applied analytics in Liberal Arts Discipline, and worked as a research associate for 2 years during this time period.

Kerrye is a highly accomplished, influential leader with a distinguished career in Sourcing, Procurement, Strategy, Program Management, and Business and IT Operations. Additionally, he has an expertise in end-to-end 3rd Party Management Office design and execution. Kerrye is a proven innovative change agent adept at leading transformation across large corporations and complex multinationals. He has held leadership positions in several leading fortune 500 companies including AIG, Viacom, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. He also has experience as an Entrepreneur in the healthcare vertical. Kerrye has spent the past 6 years in Management Consulting as a Lead Principal for Wavestone, leading their 3rd Party Management practice, BPO/ITO programs, and as a member of their benchmarking team. Kerrye is currently the Chief Procurement Officer at BDP International, helping to drive 3rd Party value across the global organization.
