PSA BDP, a leading provider of globally integrated and port-centric supply chain, transportation, and logistics solutions, has announced full ownership of all PSA BDP office locations in Saudi Arabia. Initially established as a joint venture with Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Co. Ltd (Kanoo) in 2011, the operations will now operate as a 100% PSA BDP owned entity.

(BDP) jointly announced today that PSA Cargo Solutions (Cargo Solutions), a business unit of PSA, will combine with BDP to form a new brand: PSA BDP. This announcement follows PSA’s successful acquisition of BDP in April 2022. The new PSA BDP brand blends complementary strengths and capabilities of both companies to enhance service and solution offerings across the entire supply chain.
