Michael Andaloro has been a career professional in the global transportation and logistics industry, performing in a variety of progressive operational leadership capacities for BDP International and its customers. Named CEO of the Company in 2021, Mike has overall responsibility for all aspects of BDP’s business strategy and execution throughout BDP’s global network of wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships around the world. He has worked closely with BDP’s global management teams to expand BDP's customer-centric services and solutions portfolio resulting in the company's impressive growth trajectory.

Neil Wheeldon is responsible for all aspects of PSA BDP’s long-range service and solution strategy that will drive opportunities for growth and support the evolving needs of the organization’s extensive customer base. He works with an experienced team of analysts, consultants, and developers to support PSA BDP customers in delivering their transformation and growth objectives. Neil also holds responsibility for PSA BDP's 4PL business unit - Bridgenet Solutions. Neil has master’s degrees in business administration, business law and supply chain management as well as writing extensively on supply-chain, global trade, and digitization topics. As a supply-chain expert, Neil has worked extensively across the retail, fashion, electronics, industrial manufacturing, and chemicals industries in operations, strategy, transformation, and digitization roles focused on execution, growth, and transformation. Neil is a proud husband based in the UK where he embraces his hobbies as a private pilot and Formula 1 enthusiast.

Gene Welsh started his logistics career with BDP in June of 2006. He completed his course of studies in May of 2001 at the University of Maryland. Gene has held various roles within the organization from Operations, Global Tender Management, and most notably as a leader for BDP’s Transportation segment since 2010. In Gene’s tenure at BDP, he has directly supported the management and development of various key transportation solutions from an NVOCC perspective, and as a consultant to our BCO client supply chains. Today, Gene is BDP’s Executive Director, Ocean Transportation and is based in BDP’s Philadelphia Airport office located in Aston, PA. Gene resides in West Chester, PA and is a proud husband.
