A major petrochemical company in the Middle East had engaged three logistics providers but two of them could not provide global visibility to cover first and second leg (hub) shipments.
It was the intention of the company to replace one of the existing providers with a global logistics company. Their main off-taker (70% of shipments) was an international global shipper of HDPE, LDPE polyethylene (resins) and who was pushing the petrochemical company for shipment visibility.
