Trade compliance and complexities were discussed and debated in detail. The key notable item that the Commissioner of Customs, India outlined during his presentation was recent trade facilitation initiatives in Nhava Sheva. Customs has been driving and encouraging customers to use these initiatives to their benefit and prepare their businesses to embrace the changes. This new normal will not only bring an increase in efficiency to lead time improvement and border clearance but also result in cost reduction for goods clearance.
“I am amazed to see the quality of the topics and quality of the speakers and the content presented in BDP’s Mumbai supply chain event. Both are exceptionally good and such programmes are truly differentiating BDP from the rest. What is more important that every year BDP’s summit set a new milestone by improving the quality and content of the event”.
We are happy to see such an overwhelming interest from our customers and speakers. Such summits present an opportunity to share knowledge but also to gain insight on industry trends and hear the future outlook of our customers and their market position.
