PHILADELPHIA (March 21, 2017) – BDP International (BDP), a leading privately owned global logistics and transportation solutions company, has received a silver-level rating for the third consecutive year for its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The rating is based on an assessment conducted by EcoVadis, which operates the first collaborative platform providing supplier sustainability ratings for global supply chains across 150 categories and 110 countries.

Based in France, EcoVadis reviewed BDP’s sustainability practices, including its commitment to the environment, health and safety, labor practices, human rights, fair business/operating practices, consumer issues, community involvement and development, and sustainable procurement.
In this year’s rating, the U.S.-based BDP scored among the top 14 percent in the transportation support activities category, further demonstrating its focus on advancing sustainability practices in the supply-chain industry.
