According to Announcement [2020] No. 3 made by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of PRC:
"Effective Feb. 28, 2020, 65 items in total in exclusion lists 1 & 2 will be excluded from the second round of additional tariffs on US goods. This will be valid through one year. An importer can apply for refunds of any additional tariffs paid on goods in list 1 (55 items) since September 2018. The application for duty refunds should be submitted to China Customs within 6 months. Any additional tariffs already paid on goods in list 2 (10 items) cannot be refunded."
